East Bound - Day 3

Having a charging station in the hotel parking lot was the best!  We got in to a warm car that was full and ready to go...

The drive was uneventful except for the crushing rush-hour traffic in Dallas...

I wanted to say how friendly everyone is. All the other Tesla owners are happy to chat and give pointers and stuff.  So I wanted to say hi to the folks at the Denton Supercharger "WATT PWR" and the nice gentleman at the Lindale Superchargers.

I realized that I was just showing  you the data collected on the charging, not the drives, so here they all are, with the beginning of the day at the bottom and the end of the day at the top.

Here's our route

Totals for the day:
572.8 miles, 149 kWh, 260 Wh/mi (or 3.8 miles/kWh)
07:50-20:53, so 13 hours 3 minutes trip time, which is a pitiful 44 miles/hr (including lunch & dinner) thanks to Dallas traffic!

Totals for the trip:
1842.7 miles, 507 kWh, 275 Wh/mi (3.6 miles/kWh)
37 hours 29 minutes, so 49.1 miles/hr (including lunches & dinners).
